EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Duchen joined a law firm in New Orleans upon his graduation
from law school in 1978. He then worked as a corporate attorney
for a large business conglomerate in the Washington, D.C.
area. Mr. Duchen subsequently came to Colorado and joined
a subsidiary of The Gates Corporation in Colorado Springs in
a business capacity. He then proceeded to form River Oaks
Communications Corporation and since that time has served as
its President. Mr. Duchen’s work has taken him to a multitude
of communities in states such as Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa,
Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Minnesota, Illinois and
Missouri.
