EXPERIENCE

Mr. Duchen joined a New Orleans law firm upon his graduation from law school in 1978. He then worked as a corporate attorney for a large business conglomerate in the Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Duchen subsequently came to Colorado and joined a subsidiary of The Gates Corporation in Colorado Springs in a business capacity. He then proceeded to found River Oaks Communications Corporation. Since that time has served as its President. Mr. Duchen's work has taken him to a multitude of communities throughout the United States. Specifically, he has extensive experience in negotiating on behalf of local governments on a variety of telecommunications issues.
