EXPERIENCE

Mr. Duchen served as corporate counsel to a number of companies in the Denver area including Jones Intercable, Inc. (an MSO with over 1,000,000 subscribers). While at Jones Intercable, Inc., he specialized in operational matters. Since his affiliation with River Oaks in 1987, Mr. Duchen has worked on a broad range of telecommunications matters in Illinois, Ohio, California, Colorado, Montana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Carolina and Missouri. His current work includes cable television franchise projects and assisting local governments in assessing their future telecommunications needs.
